All advertising space, sponsorships, and promotional features are reserved in advance as part of our publication planning and production process. Once an advertising placement is confirmed, that space is removed from availability.
Payment is required to secure advertising placement. Submission of partial or full payment confirms acceptance of placement, layout planning, and production scheduling.
All payments made for advertising, sponsorships, or promotional placements are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of publication timelines, design work, and production costs, cancellations cannot be accepted once payment has been received. If adjustments are necessary due to scheduling changes, we will work with advertisers in good faith to provide alternative placement when possible.
Advertisers are responsible for submitting accurate content and approvals by agreed-upon deadlines. From Paris With Pride is not responsible for errors in advertiser-supplied materials once final approval has been provided.
